MY OJT EXPERIENCE IN THE ACCOUNTING OFFICE

  When undergoing OJT, you learn  the processes and procedures your employer uses . You may also learn how to operate any equipment, tools or machinery required for your position. The accounting department refers to the division in a firm that looks after the preparation of financial statements, maintenance of general ledger, payment of bills, preparation of customer bills, payroll, and more. In other words, they are responsible for managing the overall economic front of the business. It is impossible for any business, whether a small firm operating out of home or a large multinational company, to function for too long without an accounting department. My On-the-Job Training Experience: Learning and Growing in the Workplace

      As a college student, I knew that one of the requirements for my degree was to complete an on-the-job training (OJT) program. I was excited and nervous at the same time because I didn't know what to expect. However, after being 1 month in my OJT, I can say that it was a valuable experience that helped me grow both personally ang peofessionally.       During my OJT, I was assigned to an accounting office. As an IT student I was thrilled because I knew that I could learn a lot from them. I was tasked with assisting the office and my supervisors with their tasks.      As I spent more time in the office, I became more confident and comfortable with my responsibilities. My experience in creating a website using WYSIWYG WEBSITE BUILDER

    Creating a website is not easy for someone like me who is just starting out. Even if it doesn't need a coding it is still difficult especially if your internet connection is weak and when you are  using a low quality cellphone.  I still need to borrow my sister's cellphone just to make a website. Some may say it's easy to create that's why they can pass it on time.
