1. In not less than two sentences and in your own words what is a textual builder?


 Answer:

    Textual builder is a useful application for creating web pages. It is to create text.


2. Select two from the examples of textual builders mention above.

Cite three advantages and disadvantages each. Surf the internet to find additional information but do not copy everything. Make a conclusion of which the two is better than the other.

      1. IDE 

      2. Eclipse IDE


   Advantages of Using an IDE

1. Less time and effort

2. Enforce project or company standards

3. Project management


   Disadvantages of Using an IDE

1. Learning curve

2. A sophisticated IDE may not be a good tool for beginning programmers

3. Will not fix bad code, practices, or design


    Advantages of Eclipse 

1. Eclipse organizes imports well and does a good job presenting different programming languages. 

2. Eclipse auto formats source code allowing customization and increased readability. 

3. Eclipse reports errors automatically to users rather than logging it to the console.


      Disadvantages of Eclipse 

1. Eclipse setup is long, non-intuitive and not user-friendly for beginners.

2. The documentation feature is so difficult that it is often not used. 

3. The Project explorer is hard to read and not a good organizer. Eclipse look and feel and not as appealing as IntelliJ.


I think eclipse is better than ide because eclipse is free and open source. It also supports many other languages other than JAVA.

My On-the-Job Training Experience: Learning and Growing in the Workplace

      As a college student, I knew that one of the requirements for my degree was to complete an on-the-job training (OJT) program. I was excited and nervous at the same time because I didn't know what to expect. However, after being 1 month in my OJT, I can say that it was a valuable experience that helped me grow both personally ang peofessionally.       During my OJT, I was assigned to an accounting office. As an IT student I was thrilled because I knew that I could learn a lot from them.
